Viva explores Colman Park

As we have more light in the morning, Viva and I can explore more parks in the area.  On this morning we explored  the shorefront of Colman Park

There's a nice lookout point where you can see the I-90 bridge, Bellevue and Mercer Island.

One of the many great things about our adventures is that I continue to learn a lot about the history of the parks we visit.   This park was originally a pumping station back in 1886.

"Where are the ducks?"

"No ducks, lets see what else there is to do"

Time to explore the shore of Lake Washington

It was really windy but, Viva didn't care.

"So much fun!"

This is a nice park with great views and according to Viva, great smells.

And any park that has a tree that she can climb is a great park!

More snuffling along the shore

"I see something I want to check out!"

We head over to this large rock wall

"Any critters hiding in here?"

Viva had lots of fun checking out all the nooks in the rock wall

She really is lots of fun to watch!

Off we go!

More exploring the shoreline

Pretty girl Viva and I had a nice time at this park and we'll have to come back again.
