Blog break

I have a very busy schedule over the next few month. So it's likely I won't have time to blog.  We will still be having lots of fun but, there's just not enough time in the day to keep up with everything.

So, here are some fun photos over the last couple of weeks!

Why is Viva so happy?

It's bunny season at Seward Park and we are doing a lot of running!

Between bunny and squirrel chasing, we are getting into great shape!

Speaking of squirrels...

D'light has been in full tree climbing critter mode!

"I have my eye on you!"

D'light has also found out that squirrels hang out in the garbage cans at Seward. This means he has become an excellent checker of all the garbage cans.

"More squirrels please!"

Catty continues to enjoy her nightly solo walks

Down along Lake Washington and checking out the birds of the piers.

We've also found some great new parks to explore.

Silly, silly Catty girl who has an upcoming busy schedule.

Still fun times in the house.  D'light and Catty having a good game of tug!

Pretty Viva resting in the warm sun

Happy D'light

Catty clearly relaxed and enjoying the sun

Back at Seward Park and Viva has made friends with one of the park workers.

On the move!

And Viva stops to see what is telling her off

This was funny as this little guy had a lot to say to Viva!

She wanted him to come closer...

He was a smart guy and continued to tell her off as she listened and watched.

Viva not ready to go just yet and she was hoping the chatter box would come down to see her.

Catty and I headed down to Stellacoom, Washington

We had a nice walk with a lovely view

Catty says "Enough of this lets get going to the nose work trial!"

We had a fun time at a nose work trial!

D'light and I have been doing a lot of work on recall

"I love the recall game!"

We do this work along a long path where I can see everything around us. It's also very early in the morning so we often have the path to ourselves.  If someone does come along (with or without a dog) we leash up.  So we are working on recall and leash on and off.  Both are really good skills.

Great job D'light!

And as usual here's what the dogs typically look like in the house.

So stay tuned as we will have lots to share in the coming month.
