Gramercy and I had a long day yesterday. We arrived to the neurologist at 8am and then waited. I was lucky to get him in so quickly and part of the reason was that we went in and waited until the neurologist had a open hour to evaluate Gramercy and review all of his records/xrays. The neurologist - who by the way was amazing - met with us around 1:30. He let me know what he thought was going on and that he felt the most accurate way to get a clear diagnosis was to do an MRI.
This is an expensive test and we feel so fortunate that we were able to give the green light on it BECAUSE of all the folks who financially sponsored Gramercy! We are very hopeful that we will soon know how to treat Gramercy and I want to say thank you to everyone who is cheering him on.
