Dandy rocks at spin....

 We use the trick "spin" when he's worried as a way to redirect his brain, having him focus on something else and he gets a yummy reward!  While Dandy can do a spin with just saying the word I still use an exaggerated hand/arm movement with him and bending over him, getting him to spin.  Why might I do this?  Dandy has a good dose of worry about moving hands over his head and around his body and with people bending over him. So this helps him experience moving hands and a body over him in non-abusive way. 

You can see his paw raised before the trick, that's one way he tells us he's a little nervous of what he's going to be asked of him but, he was still willing to take the risk of showing us his spin.  There are times where Dandy lets us know we are asking too much so, we stop, find something else that he can feel comfortable doing and he still getting rewarded for being brave!
