This is the first time I've seen him paw at another dog without a toy in his mouth. You can really get a sense of the tender/sensitive Dandy in this video. For being a puppy, you can see how calm and patience Ursa can be. Dandy has done really well with Ursa and he will miss her when she gets adopted.

Dandy & Ursa have a moment...
While I don't really know what Dandy is trying to communicate with Ursa, I love this video and wanted to post it. Over the last month or so, Dandy will do this gentle soft pawing when he seems to want my husband to hold him. He also did the pawing at former foster dog Dunham, trying to get him to engage in play.
